The We Care 4 Air data logging system is capable of logging all known analyser protocols, transmitting over a 4G router via an encrypted VPN with no externally addressable IP. This system provides our data customers with maximum security, whilst providing real time data to drive customer data on our website or bespoke customer systems such as mobile applications or feeds to dedicated websites.
Sites are checked twice daily at 8.30 and 1pm so that an engineer can be dispatched to site within the hour. As an experienced Data Management Unit (DMU) we have the capability to diagnose faults remotely so that the correct parts and tools can be taken to site for a first time fix.
